La Petite’s will assign each product an overall condition rating, which rating appears on the item detail page. It is your responsibility to review all of the information provided about a product, including the condition rating, before placing an order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, condition reports, images or other information provided are accurate, complete, precise, reliable, current or error-free. You acknowledge that the products are sold on an “AS-IS” basis.

Prices.
All prices posted on the Digital Platform are subject to change without notice. We attempt to provide accurate pricing information regarding the products available on the Digital Platform, but cannot offer guarantees against pricing errors and are not responsible for typographical, or other pricing errors. If an error occurs, we will inform you using the information you provide when placing your order and you may either confirm your order (at the corrected product pricing) or cancel the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order arising from a pricing error. Prices on the Digital Platform are shown in HK Dollars unless otherwise indicated. For international orders, duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on the destination country.

You agree to be bound by any additional terms and conditions that apply with respect to any such special promotional offers or discounts. Payment.
You agree to pay in full the prices for any purchases you make by payment means acceptable to La Petite’s. We may process payments through third-party service providers, which may post operating rules related to payment on their respective websites and change such rules from time to time.Whether you make a purchase via “Buy Now” or “Make an Offer,” your payment method will be charged when you complete the checkout and payment process. By placing an order, you authorize us, and our third-party service providers, to immediately charge your selected payment method for all amounts presented to you in the checkout and purchase process. You represent and warrant that: (a) the payment information (including any credit or debit card information) you supply to us is true, correct, and complete; (b) you are duly authorized to use such payment method for the purchase; (c) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit or debit card company (if applicable); and (d) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes. If payment is not received by us from your credit or debit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due promptly upon our first demand.

Acceptance; Returns.
Any individual at the delivery address who accepts a delivery from the delivery service provider is presumed to be authorized to receive such delivery. In cases in which you have designated an alternative receiver, such person shall accept the delivery under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself. Products may be returned solely in accordance with our Return Policy, which may be updated from time to time in our sole discretion.

Return Policy.
Items listed as final sale are ineligible for return.
For items that are eligible for returns, buyers have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to inspect the object and contact our CUSTOMER CARE at to request a return. When contacting us to initiate a return, please include:
• No need of reason for the return
• Your name
• Your phone number
• If the item arrived damaged, photos of the damaged item and packaging. Send a close-up photo of the area(s) of concern, and photos of the item as a whole. Photos are required to file a claim for damaged property.
Once we review your return request, we will send you an email with further instructions.
Each returned item must be received in the condition it was in when shipped. Note that all returns will be inspected upon receipt for authenticity and condition. We reserve the right to decline any return or deduct from amounts refundable for any damage to property.
A refund of the purchase price paid, less any charges for which the buyer is responsible, will be processed upon confirmation that the item has been returned to the seller. Refunded amounts will be credited to the payment method used to purchase the relevant item. FULL REFUND is not applicable on order item.
We are unable to honor a request for return that is received more than 3 calendar days after received.
Note that when returning an item from outside the Hong Kong., you will be solely responsible for any return shipping costs, including any taxes or custom duties.

Upon delivery of your order, request the shipping carrier's paperwork, and keep all packaging and shipping documents for your records. Note any condition issues, discrepancies or damage. Take close-up photos and images of the entire item.

Item Issue or Shipping Damage
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, contact our CUSTOMER CARE. We will work with you and the seller to reach a satisfactory solution.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Timeline
Our dedicated shipping and logistics teams work with sellers, shippers and buyers to facilitate pickups and deliveries directly to you. We work with our shipping partners to provide a seamless end to end experience for our customers. Please note that delivery methods and times may vary based on your purchase, your location and the shipping service you select at checkout. Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Currently we offer one or more of the following shipping methods at checkout, depending on your purchase and your location.

LOCAL SHIPPING
Tracking number will be provided once payment is made. It shall shipped out within 72 working hours and shall arrive to you home within 48 working hours. ( critical weather condition shall delay the delivery).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD & EXPRESS SHIPPING
International complimentary standard for orders has an estimated delivery of at least 7-10 business days from the date the order is placed. Complimentary standard shipping will be indicated on the product detail page when applicable. For all other items, a shipping estimate will be provided in your cart. Please note, complimentary shipping is not offered for international orders. Shipping costs will be determined based on item type, weight and destination.
Shipping is requested to ship via DHL and delivered to your door, surcharge is applied.

Items that are shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other fees set by the destination country and are solely the customer’s responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item(s) can be legally imported into the destination country.

Changing an Address on a Shipment
We will not able to change the address if the package is dispatched.

Holding Shipments (Requests for Delay of Delivery)

Items ordered together may not arrive together.

Track an Order
You will receive a shipping notification via email upon shipment of all or part of your order. Additional shipping updates may be provided by email.

Pre - order.
1. Full refund of deposit is applicable if item is not available or the quality is not fit for purchase; otherwise it is non-refundable.
2. Order lead time shall be 3-6 weeks, if item is fail to arrive, 100% refund is applicable upon requested.
3. 80% refund is applicable after purchasing, item must be remains un-used and original conditions; all the packaging remains.
4. Merchandise in its original condition may be exchanged ONCE within 3 days. Merchandise in exchange must be for an equal or higher retail value.
5. VIP 10% off privileges will be suspended if customer wish
to use shopping points.
6. Service charges ( if applicable ) is not refundable.

About product care
We offer 12 months warranty on merchandises purchased at original price. Then, we will charge you upon the quotation from original manufacturers in Europe. Alternatively, we recommend www.thetop.com for excellent leather maintenance to you.
Other terms and conditions
1. We will process your selections upon the availability of the items and upon payment;
2. The item(s) will be couriered to your preferable address once;
3. La Petite shall not have obligation to give prior notice of any price change on any item.
4. VIP privilege(s) will be suspended on that day but earn double the shopping points.
